Evonne is so such a supportive and caring Yoga teacher. Prior to starting regular classes with Evonne I found it hard to find a class and teacher I liked. I was constantly getting headaches and aches and seeing the chiropractor to help with a stiff neck and shoulder, since attending regular classes and being guided by Evonne I rarely get an neck aches and headaches. I look forward to yoga, I especially love classes down by the water or seeing the trees and sky above me. Highly recommend Refresh Wellbeing.

Evonne is a wonderful massage therapist, yoga teacher, and human being. The massage I had left me feeling so relaxed and I felt completely de-stressed for days afterwards. The massage space itself has been beautifully decorated and with a beautiful garden surrounding it. It is really a sacred space where healing, relaxation rand trust happen.
I have also joined her outdoor yoga classes, which are absolutely magical. Being able to experience yoga in the fresh air, surrounded by nature and supported by Evonne's holistic, caring, and friendly approach brings so much joy and peace into my life. I highly recommend her services to anyone.
